Somatic Yoga

Ongoing Six Part Series

Reconnect to Your Body Through Gentle Movement and Inner Awareness.

Our Somatic Yoga series is an ongoing six-part therapeutic group experience that blends slow, intentional movement with breathwork, mindfulness, and body-based awareness. Unlike traditional yoga classes, this series is designed with trauma-informed principles and facilitated by clinicians trained in both mental health and somatic healing.

Participants are guided to gently explore how trauma and stress may be stored in the body, while learning techniques to regulate the nervous system and rebuild a sense of internal safety. Each session supports embodiment, emotional resilience, and grounded connection with self. This series is ideal for individuals who feel disconnected from their body, struggle with chronic stress or anxiety, or are looking for a non-verbal way to engage in emotional healing.
